Bring Your Own Equipment:

Mostly fly fisherman like to bring their own equipment , which is fine but please follow the checklist below.  However, please let Capt. Jim know if you will be bringing your own fly rods as there will be too many rods and not enough rod storage in boat.  We are out for eight hours, so try to limit your bags and equipment as we are in a 16ft. Skiff.

1.      Reels should have at least 200 yards of backing on them for all species.  Let Capt. Jim know if you will need leaders on any reels and the status of your own equipment.

2.      You can bring your own flies as there is no greater thrill to catch a fish on a fly that you have tied yourself.  Trust the Capt. to what seems to be working at the time as he is out there everyday.
